Here's one for Buster. It's a virtual clone of Windows in every way that's possible using Plasma, also Buster's favourite desktop environment.

It's called WindowsFX. If they don't get sued into oblivion by Microsoft, it might be a catch for anyone enamoured with Windows 10 but with less bloat. It looks remarkable. It even has a Plasma settings area that looks startlingly like the Windows version.

WindowsFX could be a comfortable transition for Windows users who haven't ever used anything else. I hope it lasts even if just to show people just how much a desktop can be customized. But no worries. I'm sure the name won't get them in trouble (Lindows, anyone?).
