Anyone want to try and get together for a coffee at Tim Hortons on Monaghan road at around 7 pm or later, this Thursday?

I will if somebody can buy me a pop. It's the end of the month, so as usual I'm broke.  :'(

Looks like it is only going to be the 3 of us, attending, again.

Then we'll have to be more entertaining. Anyone have an interesting distro-on-a-stick?

Or as a Virtual distro. :-)

May drop by, but I'm not buying food and drink for anyone. Our chequing account is already down under 100 grand. And I'm not bringing no virtual nothing Bill.

I hope you do, Harry. Haven't seen you in awhile!

Meanwhile, I'm doing "double duty" as I'm selling my Acer tonight at Tim's. I'm doing this on purpose because the guy who is buying it doesn't seem very computer-proficient and if he has a problem setting up his account, I'll have a few Windows experts on hand.

It's not quite updated yet by the way. 1803 came out April 2018. Microsoft is pushing on to 1903 because 1803 has an end of life in I think this November. But if your purchaser can do updates he or she will get it in time. Is it by any chance an attractive woman?

That would get you to Tim's for sure, eh Harry? Unfortunately not; it's a young guy.

My Dells are updating to 1809, but nothing higher than that appears when I check for updates.

Wow! We had a couple of extra people show up for the PLUG Mug last evening.  Dougal and Harry joined Mike and myself for a nice evening of conversation, at Tim Hortons.
I also got to see a bunch of Peterborough Amateur Radio guys, who also were their get together at Tim Hortons.

Glad to hear some more guys, even Harry (must be a first for a MUG), showed up. Sorry I missed it.
