I meant to add that the author seems to mix privacy-focused distros with distros designed to probe systems to find security vulnerabilities (pen-testing). Those are two different things, although pentesting distros are likely better at protecting your privacy. Kali, for example, is used in pentesting. But you wouldn't use it as an everyday distro although you certainly could.

It's still worth checking out. There are some listed there I hadn't heard of.
