NetOS, another cloud-Linux hybrid and Android x-86 update

Black Lab Linux has spun off a cloud-based distro with a Ubuntu base called NetOS. You can read about it here. The regular edition is free, and the company has paid enterprise and education versions that come with support. This joins a growing number of hybrid distros, including PeppermintOS and Cub Linux. There are differences among them, mostly in how they package the cloud apps and which local apps are included out of the box.

For those of you that are interested in the development of Android on the desktop, Android x-86 just released a version 6 RC. Meanwhile, RemixOS hasn't issued an update to their Beta version 2.05 for several months. I wonder when one of them will issue a version that works with an external monitor so we can explore it at one of our meetings?
