Good review of the latest Peppermint OS Distro (Jesse Smith of Distrowatch.com)

Jesse reports the the latest Peppermint OS Distro is one of the fastest booting and highly responsive Distros, that he has tried.
Perpermint OS is now using Debian as it's underlying base.

Yes, but as he notes, it is very poorly laid out, with a dark mode and poor text contrast.

You can adjust those things, though. That seems to be a common issue with dark themes. You'd think the maintainer would have noticed it though.
