Password retrieval/reset mechanism
« on: August 02, 2020, 07:03:31 pm »
If you've forgotten your password, let us know.

The 'Forget password?" reset system doesn't work but we can reset your account to a new random password. You can change it in your profile settings right after you login.

To contact us about it, send an email from the same address that you registered with forum@plugweb.e4ward.com and let us know your username.

Btw, you can avoid forgetting your password by using one of many free password managers. :) LastPass is a good one but if you prefer to have the password file stored locally, look at KeePass which is cross-platform.
