Maybe the Chinese will come up with their version of Facebook and sink Facebook. Just like they have very recently done with the free but very highly regarded AI app/program, DeepSeek, that is sinking the stock value of all the other big name AI apps. :-)

That is truly bizarre. Especially given that their content is likely on Linux servers (probably through AWS or Azure) as the article notes. There certain are Linuxes that can be used for hacking, but also for black and white hats and everything in between (e.g. Kali). Somebody at Facebook doesn't have a brain or they find it easier to ban anything with Linux in the title rather than parse out which groups might be engaged in cyberattacks.
