Ok, how about a Jitsi video group chat, this Wed. evening at 7:30 pm. You can join in at 8 pm if that is a better time for you.
As usual, let me know if you can attend, so that there will be at least 3 people interested. If there are not 3 people interested then I will cancel the event at around 4 pm Wed.
I will post the Jitsi Link here at around 7:15 pm Wed.and also email to the group.
Hope to see you people on Wed. evening
Bill
Thanks guys. We have more than 3 people interested, so the Wed PLUG Mug, is a go. :-)
Bill
Forgive my ignorance on the issue, but how long do the PLUG mugs go for, and what is usually the topic?
The video PLUG Mugs work about the same way they did when meeting at a Tim Hortons coffee shop.
There usually is no topic. We just meet up and talk about anything that is of interest. Usually there is something Linux or Raspberry Pi related that is brought up by someone.
Usually the get together goes until 9 pm. There is no set length of time for the get together. People logon anytime after 7:30 pm and log out when they have to go and do something else. :-)
Thanks! I will try and check it out.
Is beer allowed? lol
:-) yes beer and food is allowed.

I'm pretty tired guys so I'm not going to chat tonight. I hope that there is still a couple of others to chat with Bill.
I met the *other* Glen! The singulatiry is complete!
Implosion imminent.....
We had a very well attended PLUG Mug video chat, last evening. It was good to see everyone again, since it was more than 2 weeks since our last get together.
I ducked out of the chat at around 9 pm but I think some of the others went on for a bit longer.
Of course we did spend quite a bit of time discussing the political mayhem that is going on right now in the USA. We also saw Glen's (M) new Pi 400 computer and talked about the RPi 4 and various other topics.
In attendance was myself, Tom, Glen M., Glen G., Brian P., Hugh, Kal, and Mike. I hope I remembered everyone.
