Yeah, was going to post about it earlier. My router isn't on the list but I restarted it anyway and I'm going to reset it tomorrow.

curious to understand what you mean by 'reset'...factory reset? wondering about firmware upgrades, if that's the case.

Yeah, a factory reset. Like it explains at the link - it's a depressed button that you need to use a thin thing like a paperclip to access and usually hold for 30 seconds. I think that you would have to reinstall any firmware upgrades because I believe it puts it back to the way it was when you first pulled it out of the box.
