The Cracked store has some linked deals for lifetime subscriptions to 3 different VPNs and streaming services. At least one of the VPNs is only $20 USD. The first VPN mentioned (FastestVPN) can be set up for Linux using OpenVPN (some configuration is necessary). I haven't looked into the others.
