Title: KDE Plasma 5 video (from Infinitely Galactic)
Post by: Jason on December 27, 2019, 10:51:11 AM
For those that aren't very familiar with KDE Plasma, this video is a good tutorial/demo on it. It's about 26 minutes in length but goes fast. Even if you already use Plasma, there are probably things you will learn. For example, I didn't understand what Activities was for until I saw this video.

Btw, this is a start of a series on Desktop Environments that IG is doing - this is the first installment. So you might want to subscribe to him if you like his style.

It does raise the question, too - should we have a sub-forum here specifically for Desktop Environment discussion?

I would say that have g a Forum topic for  Desktop Environments would be good,  judging by the conversations  that have been posted t] the Forums.

I would also be in favour of a DE sub forum.

It's done. Now somebody has to post there soon a topic related to a Desktop Environment so the space to the right showing last post doesn't look so lonely and empty insde. ;-)
