For those of you who would like to do a preliminary calculation of your income tax, for the tax year 2016.
Doing a preliminary tax calculation might show you that your income tax owed is rather high and maybe you need to make some RRSP contributions, charity donations, etc., to lower your taxable income level, a bit.
You don't have any 2016 T4 or other tax slips, yet, so you would have to come up with numbers that are based on last years earnings plus any increases that you know about.
