An interesting 45 minute video about repairing an undersea fibre optic cable.  A good watch for anyone who is interested in technology, however the documentary does stray off topic for quite some time.

Thanks, Bill. I'm often wondered about repairs. I know how they place the cables which is a pretty big task in itself but have no idea how they fix them. Bookmarked the video to check out later.
