For those looking for a low cost Linux project, consider this one:)
Ubuntu 26.04 on 2019 5k iMac

Cool technique but I think it's still a bit costly for an actual business card, at least to hand out! But I'm sure it won't be too long before this becomes standard or something close to it. Our bank cards already have chips in them, after all.
