I hope I didn't offend anyone tonight with how outrageous I may have been. I didn't mean any disrespect.

I believe I was experiencing hypomania (you can look it up if you want). It's one of the symptoms of bipolar disorder which I have been recently diagnosed with. I'm also adjusting to new medication so though I've experienced this in the past, I think it was especially inflated the last couple of days and you saw it on display tonight. I'll try and behave better in future meetings (or maybe not, got to leave some things unpredictable). But if I offended anyone, I'm sorry. Or if you thought I was acting just bizarre, now you know why.
