What happened to the story about the 14 year old genius who bought Mike's computer and rode off into the darkness on his electric bike? I wanted to send a copy to my daughter who always claims to be a better writer than me.

That's not it Mike. The original had our computer genius saying things like Much good! and Buy with happiness before leaving on his electric bike into the dark. It was this thread. The woman didn't enter the stage until the next thread.

OK, found it this time. So no, it wasn't a conspiracy to make your wonderful prose ride into the sunset. To find it, I did a search for Buster, the word, "happiness", and going back 60 days.

Yours was the only item in the search results. Post a link please. I'm pretty sure it has been vanquished. Sublime prose disappearing forever with someone's mouse click.
