Well, I imagine he has spent a lot of money on his lawyers. I don't think you have to pay court costs for losing a criminal case though.

I can't imagine the Supreme Court bothering with this unless they have a really thin docket. It's a waste of their time for such a low level case and one that he quite obviously lost (twice). But you never know.
