There is a free trial version that can be downloaded.
Regular price is $39.95 USD (for 1 yr of updates, I believe) but I have been emailed an offer of 60% off, which is $15.98 USD ($24 CDN).

I haven't tried yet, to use it to clone a large HDD to a smaller SSD, but for the above price, maybe I will try out the free version to see how well it works.
