There will be a meeting. Bob just hasn't posted yet. He may not post about in the forums though, you should check the main page of the site at http://plugintolinux.ca . There should be details up by tomorrow. But I can guarantee to you that unless their is a weather warning, there will be a meeting even if he doesn't post.
