Hackers targeted the Federal Bureau of Investigationââ,¬â,,¢s (FBI) email servers, sending out thousands of phony messages that say its recipients have become the victims of a ââ,¬Å"sophisticated chain attack,ââ,¬Â first reported by Bleeping Computer.

That's embarrassing! The rather short article has a few more details. I'm sure more will come out about it. Or maybe not; it's the FBI.

Yes, there doesn't seem to be much coverage of the hack, in the mainstream media.  Nothing on the BBC, that I could see.
