Importing MBOX files into Thunderbird?

I have old emails in "mbox" format files, and I want to import into Thunderbird.  Online search says "Import MBOX file" under "Tools", but mine (68.12.0) doesn't have such entry.  How do you import "mbox" format files into Thunderbird?

Thanks Bill.  Yes, that works... sort of.  It imports files from a directory, but not from subdirectories.
