Brave browser - a good review article

Very good, thanks for looking into that Jason.  Yes, being open source is a good sign that there probably isn't anything of a security issue, with using this extension.

No problem. I wondered after what you said how does one know whether an extension is safe. So it made me look closer at this particular one. There seems to be some odd behaviour in the advanced mode in that it doesn't work quite how I expected it would.

Unrelated to this post, I installed Brave over the holidays as well.

I love the "Shields Up" feature.
I also find the rendering to be substatially faster than Chrome on the same hardware.
