Video card anyone?

My video card died and while I can use the onboard video, it's not great. I've lost the ability to have dual-monitors and play games. I also have screen artifacts when I scroll in the browser. So I'm hoping that maybe someone upgraded a video card recently and have one that they were going to toss. Looking for free if possible but I can probably come up with some scratch for it at the end of the month. Looking for a GT 710 or something comparable - nVidia or ATI chipset.
