A Plan to Resign the Internet could make apps that no one controls (article)

Technology Review has an interesting article about work on making an internet that isn't based on servers that commercial companies control but is instead truly de-centralized like the inventors of the Internet intended. The article is from July 2, 2020 and talks about the concept:
