If you have COVID-19 or chronic health conditions, this self-assessment will tell you where you should be social/physical distancing or self-isolation and when you need to contact a doctor. This self-assessment is how I knew that I needed to self-isolate. Btw, Buster, one of the reasons for self-isolation along with chronic conditions is being >70 years of age.
