Newbies and not-so-newbies might appreciate this new website called Linux Journey. Put together by Redditor Warby Darby, it is nicely designed to help people learn how Linux works. Subjects are categorized and broken down into ‘lessons’. Most  have a set of exercises and an interactive quiz. Examples of topics: command line, user management, packages, file system, init system, network basics. Take a look at this; I think even intermediate users will get something out of it.
