PLUG MUG: Monday, August 6, 2012: Sign-Up

Every MONDAY evening, beginning at 7 pm, everyone is welcome to hang out with other PLUGgers at Häaselton's Coffee and Sweets on George Street. We call these nights PLUG MUGs. There is Free wireless Internet and no agenda; just friends hanging out, and talking about everything from Linux to X-rays.

If you're planning on attending this MUG, please POST BELOW. It helps people coming from out of town to know if anybody is coming. Thanks!

By the way, you don't have to be there right at 7 pm, that's just a suggested time. We fully expect people to show up at different times. If you're not coming at 7-8 pm though, let us know roughly when you're coming so we can wait for you.

Häaselton's tends to close at 10 pm (sometimes a little earlier). When that happens, those of us still hanging out go to the Whistle Stop Café on the SE corner of Charlotte & George. It also has Free wireless Internet and some tasty dishes including 51 kinds of Poutine and now Poutine Dessert!

being a holiday Monday, I assume Haseltons will be closed and the get to-gether will start at the Whistle Stop?

Yes, that's correct.  I spoke with Steve of Häaselton's Coffee and Sweets last week just before our regular gathering, and he told me that he would be closing early this week, probably around 6 pm.  So, directly to the Whistle Stop Café we go...
