PLUG MUG: Monday, July 2, 2012: Sign-Up

Every MONDAY evening, beginning at 7 pm, everyone is welcome to hang out with other PLUGgers at Häaselton's Coffee and Sweets on George Street. We call these nights PLUG MUGs. There is Free wireless Internet and no agenda; just friends hanging out, and talking about everything from Linux to X-rays.

If you're planning on attending this MUG, please POST BELOW. It helps people coming from out of town to know if anybody is coming. Thanks!

By the way, you don't have to be there right at 7 pm, that's just a suggested time. We fully expect people to show up at different times. If you're not coming at 7-8 pm though, let us know roughly when you're coming so we can wait for you.

Häaselton's tends to close at 10 pm (sometimes a little earlier). When that happens, those of us still hanging out go to the Whistle Stop Café on the SE corner of Charlotte & George. It also has Free wireless Internet and some tasty dishes including 51 kinds of Poutine and now Poutine Dessert!

NB:  As is usual around holidays, Häaselton's Coffee and Sweets may not stay open
       late enough for our normal PLUG MUG gathering.  I will try to confirm whether
       to proceed directly instead to The Whistle Stop Café, and post any updated
       information here.

Yes, indeed; as expected, restricted holiday hours are posted on the door at Häaselton's Coffee and Sweets. They will only be open holiday Monday (today) until 6 pm, so those of you coming out, head straight on to The Whistle Stop Café, where I hope to have "the Pit" tied up for our benefit!
