PLUG members Adam Hamstra and his dad, Klaas Hamstra (together the NinjaElfs) recorded a couple of PLUG meetings. Adam did the recording and the editing while his dad helped setup and custom-built equipment tables to make the job easier.
The video is exactly what you'd see at an actual PLUG meeting. In the audio you can hear the presenter as well as questions and comments from the audience. We thought we'd share these to potential visitors to give you a feeling for what a PLUG meeting is like and to the Linux community at large in the hopes the presentations might be useful. Thanks to Adam and Klaas in all the fine work they did in recording these meetings and maybe, down the road, we'll have more to put here. We hope you enjoy them. You can view them within the browser just by clicking on them but sometimes this has been known to freeze. We recommend instead you right-click on choose to save them to your hard drive instead. June 2008 PLUG Meeting on GeeXboX (122 MB XviD-encoded AVI) - 30 minutes
May 2008 PLUG Meeting on installing OpenSUSE and adding more multimedia support - 68 minutes
